During last nights Games Awards Ceremony Producer Geoff Keighley announced that Konami had been in touch with Hideo Kojima to say that he was not allowed to attend The Games Awards ceremony. Which to us is quite bizarre, to not allow someone to celebrate his as well as other developers creations is absolutely crazy.

Kiefer Sutherland who voices snake accepted the award and made it very clear that he was accepting it on behalf of Kojima-San.

You can view Geoff Keightleys announcement below as well as Kiefer Sutherland’s acceptance of the Best Action/Adventure game award for MGS: V

I love games, both video and table top. It’s what I spend the majority of my free time doing. I love writing and mixing that with my gaming brings this website!

I love reviewing games, I love the fact that I get to play games that most of the times I wouldn’t have considered playing.
